Refund policy
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within the designated return windows to ensure we can assist you effectively and in accordance with our guidelines:
- For accessories, bags, and shoes: You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
- Other items: Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
- For damaged and incorrect items: Please contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The return window is closed after 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility Requirements:
- Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in the original packaging.
- Proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate a Return:
1. Email us at kapelboutique@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +1 786 9122 0788 to request a return.
2. For damaged or incorrect items, please include photos and videos to support your claim.
3. Upon approval, we will provide detailed return instructions.
4. You may choose between a product exchange or store credit for future purchases.
Important:
- Items returned without prior authorization or outside the return window will not be accepted.
- Sale items are not eligible for return.
- Refund requests will be processed as store credit under your Kapel account.
