SHIPPING POLICY

Order and shipping confirmation

After your purchase, you will receive an email confirmation once your order has been successfully placed. It will include your order number and shipping method. Please, be sure your shipping address is correct as we cannot redirect goods once they are on route to you. Our orders can take up to two business days to be processed and shipped. Once your order is ready, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

 

What about shipping?

We currently ship to the U.S. Shipping times depend on your location. International shipping is longer.

 

Regarding Lost Packages

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for any lost packages. We trust our delivery partners, but if an issue arises, we kindly recommend reaching out to the shipping company directly to file a claim.
